CTN - Innovation in Communication

The communication of CSR is often complex. While most companies have comprehensive policies and publish CSR Reports, the challenge now is to engage audiences in the real issues and debate.

At CTN we've been helping create innovative communications to support and promote our client's CSR activities. We've been re-designing interactive websites of many of the existing printed reports. We've been producing powerful videos, developing interactive games, new e-learning initiatives and facilitating online debates. We are helping audiences to better interact with our clients and to generate an effective dialogue between key stakeholders. CTN were proud to receive an IVCA Clarions Award for our ongoing commitment to excellence in the communication of CSR.

Richard Coope is the Head of CSR Practice at CTN and is in charge of the CSR Online Survey. He is a specialist in CSR communication and is passionate about the need to make sustainability more engaging. Richard is completing an advanced diploma in Sustainability at The University of Cambridge and is a certificated member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
